Refund Policy

Thank you for using VCL AI Ecosystem.
Due to the digital and software-based nature of our products and services, all purchases are generally considered final.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
By purchasing access to the platform, users acknowledge they are receiving:
- digital software access
- licensed technology
- analytics systems
- automation tools
- and educational/analytical content.
Because access and intellectual property are delivered digitally, refunds are limited once access has been granted.
2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES
Refund requests may be reviewed only under limited circumstances such as:
- duplicate billing
- technical failure preventing access
- accidental double charges
- or failure to deliver purchased access.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:
- trading losses
- dissatisfaction with market performance
- misunderstanding of trading risk
- inability to generate profit
- user trading mistakes
- strategy disagreement
- or failure to understand platform features.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger refunds for previous charges.
5. CHARGEBACK ABUSE
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- immediate account suspension
- permanent termination
- and restriction from future platform access.
